Description
The City of Mankato is seeking bids for the reconstruction of the Tourtellotte Pickleball Court, encompassing extensive earthwork, pavement installation, fencing, electrical relocation, and landscaping. The project includes:
• Earthwork (common excavation and embankment) – approx. 2,400 cubic yards.
• Concrete pavement installation – approx. 2,900 square feet.
• Bituminous pavement and court surfacing – approx. 1,500 square yards each.
• Chain‑link fence and gate installation – approx. 1,000 linear feet.
• Relocation of an electrical cabinet and site landscaping/restoration as lump‑sum items.
