This solicitation seeks a qualified consulting engineering firm to provide full‑service civil‑engineering and construction‑inspection support for the resurfacing of Philadelphia Avenue (County Route 563) in Atlantic County, New Jersey. The work includes ADA‑compliant sidewalk and curb‑ramp replacement, traffic‑signal upgrades, drainage improvements, pavement milling and multi‑layer resurfacing, signage and striping, and related documentation and close‑out deliverables.
