The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a minimum of 5,728 to a maximum of 7,536 gross rentable square feet of commercial storefront space in Lakeland, FL. The space will be used for an Armed Forces Career Center and must meet specific requirements, including adequate parking, security, and architectural finishes. The lease term is five years, and the Government has termination rights. The selected proposal will be based on the lowest overall cost to the Government, with past performance also considered.
