Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a vendor to provide career assessment services for the VRS Lakeshore program under a Quick Quote solicitation. The work will involve administering, scoring, and reporting on standardized career assessment tools for participants, delivering results in a timely manner, and providing guidance on interpreting outcomes. This contract is limited to a total ceiling of $25,000 and may be renewed annually for up to five years, subject to performance and funding availability.
• Deliver career assessment testing (online or paper‑based) for program participants.
• Produce individualized assessment reports and aggregate data summaries.
• Offer brief counseling or interpretation sessions for participants and program staff.
