Career Coaching

The Louisiana Department of Education is seeking qualified organizations to provide career‑coaching services to high‑school students across the state. Providers will help students develop Individual Graduation Plans, meet ACT‑144 career‑awareness requirements, and connect learners with high‑demand regional occupations through individualized coaching, data‑driven progress monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration. Applications are accepted online from 10 Oct 2026 to 31 Oct 2026; selected providers will be listed in the state’s Career Coaching Vendor Guide and may contract directly with individual school districts. • Service scope: career‑coaching for grades 8‑12 (and outreach to grades 6‑8), IGP support, parental engagement, data management, and virtual session access. • Required deliverables: curriculum, instructional materials, coach‑to‑student ratios, quality‑measurement plans, liability insurance, youth‑safeguard clearances, and compliance with student‑privacy laws. • Evaluation criteria focus on alignment with Louisiana education goals, experience, methodology, stakeholder collaboration, and ability to serve English‑learners and students with disabilities. • No pre‑bid meeting or site visit; questions directed to the RFA coordinator.
