Description
The Shelby County Board of Education (Memphis‑Shelby County Schools) seeks a qualified consulting firm to deliver a district‑wide, job‑embedded leadership coaching and capacity‑building program for its senior instructional leaders. The vendor will assess current coaching practices, provide shadow‑coaching, develop and refine observation‑feedback tools, analyze trends, produce regular reports, and create sustainable professional‑learning resources that align with the district’s “See It, Name It, Do It” framework. Services are hybrid (on‑site and virtual) and must support 20 district leaders over a one‑year term, with potential renewal options.
• Conduct baseline assessments and set measurable coaching success criteria.
• Deliver embedded coaching, de‑briefs, feedback, and calibration sessions for Instructional Leadership Coaches, Regional Superintendents, and Executive Staff.
• Design/modify tools for observation, feedback, and progress monitoring; produce quarterly trend analyses and final reports.
• Develop and deliver professional‑learning sessions based on identified coaching gaps.
• Build internal capacity to sustain the coaching model after contract completion.
