Observation and Action to Support Principal Growth

The El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) seeks a TEA‑approved provider to deliver comprehensive leadership coaching, professional development, and support services for district and campus leaders. The work includes individualized principal coaching, observation and feedback cycles, PLC development, curriculum implementation support for the Bluebonnet Learning mathematics program, senior director leadership assistance, culture‑and‑climate initiatives, and the design, development, implementation, and training of an Instructional Leadership Dashboard. Services will be delivered across roughly 20 campuses over an initial one‑year term, with two optional one‑year extensions. All costs (personnel, travel, materials, dashboard development, etc.) must be included in a single contract price. • Provide in‑person and virtual coaching for principals and district leaders. • Conduct observation, feedback, and teacher development cycles. • Build and sustain Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). • Support high‑quality Tier I instruction and Bluebonnet Learning curriculum rollout. • Offer senior‑director level leadership support and culture‑climate initiatives. • Design, develop, and train users on a custom instructional leadership dashboard. • Submit a single, all‑inclusive price proposal; contract term is 1 year with up‑to‑2 optional extensions.
