Former Sweet Home City Hall Demolition

The City of Sweet Home is seeking a contractor to demolish the former City Hall building, a two-story, 7,056 square-foot office building. The contractor will be responsible for providing all materials, tools, machinery, labor, and supervision necessary for the demolition work. The project includes taking down all components of the existing building, preserving the existing sidewalks, and removing and disposing of all materials. The contractor will also be responsible for asbestos abatement, lead paint removal, and any other environmental hazardous materials identified on the property. • The project requires a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on January 27, 2026, at 8:30am. • The deadline for submitting questions is February 12, 2026, at 5:00pm. • The proposal submission deadline is April 2, 2026, at 5:00pm. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and is not liable for any costs incurred by proposers. • The project is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026.
