Budget estimate

$50,000 – $150,000

The buyer will pay at least $466,000 (combined minimum sales prices). Consulting, planning, and project‑management services that a developer might engage could range from 5 % to 15 % of the total project cost, plus additional fees for environmental remediation and permitting. Based on these assumptions, a reasonable earnings range for a consulting firm could be roughly $25,000 – $75,000 for the planning phase, scaling up to $100,000 – $250,000 if full‑service development and construction management are provided. For the purpose of this estimate, a mid‑range service contract is projected between $50,000 and $150,000.
