Routine Maintenance Services - District 3

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide routine maintenance services for its District 3 road network (Henry, Fayette, and Coweta counties). Work includes highway surface repairs, drainage cleaning, vegetation control, signage and fence repair, and traffic‑control support, performed under a labor‑hour contract with equipment reimbursement. Minimum staffing comprises two full crews (each with a Program Manager, Foreman, Lead Worker, and three Maintenance Workers) and a defined set of heavy equipment, power tools, and certified traffic‑control personnel.
