City of Scranton 2025 Demolition Projects Round 3

The City of Scranton is seeking bids for the demolition of four houses and one garage. The successful bidder will be responsible for pulling permits, demolishing the properties, capping main sewer drains, breaking up concrete flooring, clearing brush, and seeding and hay-ing the areas. The contract will remain in effect until the satisfactory completion of the project. • Demolition of four houses and one garage • Pulling permits for demolition • Capping main sewer drains • Breaking up concrete flooring • Clearing brush off lots (not including trees) • Calling NEIC for inspection • Cleaning back fill only on the lots and seeding and hay-ing the areas
