Booneville Road Reconstruction – S. 60th Street to Raccoon River Drive

The City of West Des Moines is seeking bids for the reconstruction of Booneville Road from S. 60th Street to Raccoon River Drive. The project includes earthwork, paving, storm sewer, and other improvements. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the project. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities and irregularities. • The project requires the reconstruction of approximately 4,500 square yards of PCC pavement, 18,000 cubic yards of earthwork, and 900 linear feet of storm sewer pipe. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. • The city will provide payment for the work based on monthly estimates, with a guarantee of maintenance for a period of four years. • The project must be completed by September 30, 2026, with liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for any delay.
