CDBG Grant Writing and Administration RFP

The City of Alma is seeking a firm or individual to provide grant writing and administration services for public infrastructure improvements and community development projects. The selected provider will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, preparing and submitting grant applications, coordinating with funding agencies, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The City anticipates pursuing federal and/or state funding, including CDBG, for community development and infrastructure projects. • The provider will be expected to have experience with grant writing and administration, knowledge of applicable funding programs, and familiarity with the City of Alma and surrounding region. • The provider will be required to submit a detailed cost estimate for grant writing and administration services, including all expected costs clearly itemized. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. • The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable civil rights laws and Section 3 requirements.
