The Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) is seeking quotations for a complete stereolithography (SLA) 3‑D printing system (3D Systems SLA825 Dual or equal) plus all required peripherals, consumables, installation, calibration, on‑site user training, and a one‑year maintenance/warranty package. The equipment must be delivered FOB Destination to the USBR Hydraulics Laboratory in Denver, CO no later than 120 days after contract award. Offerors must provide technical data sheets, two past‑performance references, and confirm ability to meet the 120‑day delivery schedule. The solicitation is a small‑business set‑aside (women‑owned, HUBZone, service‑disabled veteran‑owned) and is issued as an RFQ.
• CLIN 00010: Large‑format SLA 3‑D printer (dual‑laser, ≥8 W total, build volume ≥800 mm × 800 mm × 500 mm).
• CLIN 00020‑00030: Heated resin vat and build‑platform transfer cart.
• CLIN 00040‑00050: Clear resin kits (initial fill and additional 20 kg).
• CLIN 00060‑00070: On‑site installation, calibration, and 5‑day user training for up to 5 students.
• CLIN 00080‑00110: One‑year maintenance and warranty for printer and UV cure system.
• CLIN 00090‑00140: Solvent wash tank, UV cure system, preparation software, and optional software add‑ons.
• CLIN 00150: Shipping/delivery.
