Description
The City of Trenton, Department of Water and Sewer, is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivery of temporary bituminous patching material, also known as "cold patch", for a period of one year with an option to extend for an additional year. The material must meet the requirements of PennDOT Standard Specifications, Chapter 3, Section 485 - Non-Fiber Cold Patch. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the material to designated locations. The bid form unit prices shall include lump sum as specified in Summary of Work 01010. Bidders shall assume base bid work for normal working hours.
• The contractor must provide a bid proposal sheet with unit prices for each item.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127, (N.J.A.C. 17:27).
• The contractor must provide a certification of non-debarment for federal government contracts.
• The contractor must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
• The contractor must provide a statement of ownership disclosure.
• The contractor must provide a non-collusion affidavit.
