Washtenaw Community College is seeking a qualified contractor to refresh the flooring in Office Pod 102 (OE 102) of the Occupational Education Building. The work includes moving and boxing existing furniture, demolishing existing carpet and base, preparing the slab, installing approximately 320 sq yds of new carpet tile (Shaw Script, 18 × 36 in., color Anthem 75486) using a monolithic method, installing Johnsonite 4‑in. vinyl cove base (color Indigo TA9), and returning furniture after the flooring is completed. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, disposal, safety measures, and obtain all required permits at its own expense. The bid is open competitive, with a mandatory pre‑bid site visit on April 7 2026 and a submission deadline of April 23 2026.
