The District is seeking a qualified firm already on its Lab‑of‑Record (LOR) pool to provide continuous LOR services, specialty inspections, and materials testing for the Longfellow Elementary School modernization. The contractor will act as the DSA‑approved LOR, submit verified reports, and perform a full suite of inspections covering concrete, masonry, structural steel, welding, geotechnical work, and other specialty items throughout the construction phase. The effort runs from early June 2026 through the end of June 2027 (plus a 30‑day close‑out period) and must align with DSA, Title 24, and CBC requirements. • Provide continuous LOR oversight, submit all required DSA‑103‑22 verified reports, and maintain lab accreditation. • Conduct specialty inspections on reinforced concrete, masonry, structural steel, welding, post‑installed anchors, fire‑proofing, waterproofing, and geotechnical items per DSA‑approved checklists. • Perform on‑site and laboratory materials testing (concrete strength, soil compaction, steel composition, etc.) and deliver timely documentation to the District, architect, and DSA.
