California’s Department of General Services is soliciting sealed bids for the complete demolition of the existing structure at 1350 Front Street in San Diego, including all associated site work. The scope covers hazardous‑material abatement (asbestos, lead, PCB), shoring and structural removal, utility disconnection and cap, soil stabilization, fencing, right‑of‑way protection, and waste management.
