The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is seeking qualified contractors to provide commissioning services for school facilities on an as‑needed basis. The solicitation outlines three tiers of service—Fundamental commissioning covering HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems; Enhanced commissioning options that add submittal review, owner training, and post‑occupancy follow‑up; and a Building Envelope commissioning track for envelope performance testing. Work will be awarded project‑by‑project, with small projects under $30 k negotiated directly and larger projects ($30 k–$1 M) open to all qualified bidders.
