Sources Sought - Construction of BGAD Small Arms Ammunition Magazine

The US Army Corps of Engineers is conducting a market survey to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns to set this future project aside for them. The project involves the design-build construction of a 180,000 SF Ammunition Storehouse for Small Arms Ammunition and a Munitions Surveillance Workshop at the Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) in Madison County, Richmond, Kentucky. The facility will include loading docks, ramps, lightning protection system, fire protection and alarm systems, and cybersecurity measures. • The project is expected to be on the upper end of the estimated price range of $25,000,000 to $100,000,000. • The project will require comprehensive building and furnishings related to interior design services. • The facility will be designed to a minimum life span of 40 years in accordance with DoD's Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC 1-200-02). • The project will include sustainability and energy enhancement measures. • The anticipated period of performance is 912 calendar days.
