Repair Gear Train

The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting quotes for the repair of a damaged gear train on a 45' RBM Hull # 45751 at the USCG Base Miami Beach. The contractor will be required to access the gear train, conduct an assessment of the failed parts, remove and replace faulty parts, and conduct an operational test of the engine. The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform all requirements specified in the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this contract shall not exceed 60 calendar days from the date of award. • The contractor will be required to provide a draft Project Plan at the Post Award Conference for Government review and comment. • The contractor will be required to provide a final Project Plan to the COR not later than 02 business days after the Post Award Conference. • The contractor will be required to provide weekly progress reports to the Contracting Officer and COR via electronic mail. • The contractor will be required to attend a Post Award Conference with the Contracting Officer and the COR no later than 01 business day after the date of award. • The contractor will be required to prepare and submit a Business Continuity Plan to the Government.
