Description
The State of Illinois, Department of Human Services, is seeking bids for water testing and analysis services for the Elgin Mental Health Center. The contract will be for a period of 30 months, from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. The successful bidder will be required to provide annual water testing and analysis services, including water supply analysis, infrastructure analysis, water quality analysis, and long-term planning.
• The bidder must have experience in water testing and analysis.
• The bidder must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services.
• The bidder must be able to provide the services within the specified timeframe.
• The bidder must be able to meet the requirements of the State of Illinois, Department of Human Services.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
