Sources Sought - Everett Clamshell Dredging FY26

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, is conducting market research to identify interested and qualified contractors for a planned maintenance dredging project in Everett, Washington. The project involves mechanical clamshell dredging of approximately 250,000 cubic yards of sediment and will take place within the federally authorized navigation channel. The contractor will be required to perform turbidity monitoring during dredging and disposal operations and adhere to all in-water work timing restrictions. • The project is scheduled to be executed from 16 Oct 2026 to 14 Feb 2027. • The contractor will be responsible for transporting dredged material via bottom dump barge and placing it at one of two disposal sites. • The contractor must comply with project specifications and environmental guidelines. • Interested firms are invited to submit a brief capability statement that includes relevant past performance on similar dredging projects, available dredging equipment, bonding capacity, and business size under NAICS code 237990.
