Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for the supply of personal watercraft, specifically a Sea-Doo RXT-X 325 SS or equivalent, with a minimum of 325 HP, three-person capacity, and other specified features. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the watercraft to the designated location on or before April 1, 2026. The bid price shall remain firm for the entire contract period and shall include delivery and all other costs required by this bid invitation.
• The personal watercraft must meet or exceed the required specifications, including a minimum of 325 HP, three-person capacity, and other features.
• The successful vendor shall be required to warranty all equipment/items awarded for a period of not less than one year or the manufacturer's standard period, whichever is greater.
• The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and add/delete items/locations to the contract.
• The bid invitation includes a transmittal letter, general terms and conditions, and contract terms and conditions that the successful vendor must agree to.
