The City of Detroit is seeking a pre-qualified supplier for planned residential demolition work. The successful vendor will be responsible for demolishing a residential property at 12353 Dickerson. The property has a floor area of 840 square feet and a parcel square footage of 6,011 square feet. The vendor must be pre-qualified for planned residential and/or emergency residential demolition work under the Office of Contracting & Procurement. The vendor will be subject to the terms, conditions, and requirements of their pre-qualification and the CDD Abatement and Demolition Contractor Discipline Policy.
