Design and Preparation of six Pickleball Courts

The Dorchester County Government is seeking a qualified consultant to design and prepare construction-ready plans for six dedicated pickleball courts in Cambridge, Maryland. The project involves site evaluation, conceptual design, construction drawings, technical specifications, permitting coordination, cost estimates, and other related professional services. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing all necessary services to complete the project, including project coordination and management, site evaluation, conceptual and schematic design, construction-ready plans and specifications, permitting and regulatory coordination, stormwater management plan, cost estimating, and bid support services.
