Request for Information - F-15 Reference Stand-By Display (RSD) Depot Activation Capabilities

The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, F-15 Directorate (AFLCMC/WAQ) is seeking information from industry partners to support the development of Depot Activation capabilities for the F-15EX program. The focus is on the Reference Stand-By Display (RSD) and associated parts/spares, as well as the rights in technical data necessary to maintain and ensure the software used in the displays functions correctly. The contractor will be expected to provide training to USAF Maintenance Technicians, identify necessary requirements, and maximize the utilization of existing F-15 legacy capabilities. • The RSD is a standby instrument that incorporates internal sensors and has application software and Programmable Hardware Device (PHD). • The RSD has interfaces for input and output of ARINC 429 data, analog inputs and outputs, discrete inputs and outputs, and an RS-232 serial bus for debug and test capabilities. • The contractor will be expected to negotiate and implement required Partnering Agreements (PA) and Implementation Agreements (IA) between the contractor, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), and the Government. • The contractor will be expected to provide transition planning that identifies areas that must be transitioned from contractor support to Government support.
