ADA Curb Ramps and Sidewalk Repairs - Phase II

The City of Columbia, Missouri is seeking bids for the ADA Curb Ramps and Sidewalk Repairs – Phase II project. The project involves the construction of curb ramps, sidewalks, and other related work to improve accessibility and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within 60 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The bid must include all required pricing, and the contractor must provide a bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the offeror's proposal. • The project includes the construction of 4" concrete sidewalk, 4" downtown sidewalk, and 6" concrete ramp and landing. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including the ADA and OSHA. • The contractor must provide a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond, each for 100% of the contract price. • The contractor must pay all workers on the project the prevailing wage as specified in the Missouri Division of Labor Standards Annual Wage Order No. 32.
