ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Tioga County Department of Public Works will receive sealed Bids on May 28th, 2026, at the Office of the Commissioner, 477 Route 96, Owego NY, up to and including 11:00 a.m., where bids will be publicly opened and read for the following project: Tioga County70 Delphine StreetRoof Replacement ProjectOwego, New York This is a locally funded project that includes new demolition and replacement of the existing roof of the car wash facility located at 70 Delphine St. On or after May 7th, 2026, The Contract Documents, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Information to Bidders, Bid Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Bonds, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: Tioga County Department of Public Works477 State Route 96Owego, NY 13827 Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained electronically by contacting the following individual: Justin Ruggiero – [email protected] for each set of documents and drawings requested. Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Thursday May 14th, 2026, 9:30 AM – 70 Delphine St., Owego, New York Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
