Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide an SPS-AMSCO Drying Cabinet for the Phoenix VAMC newly constructed SPS area/building. The cabinet must be high capacity, 29 inches wide, equipped with 9 wide shelves, and have a timer for each shelf. The contractor must also provide a turnkey installation of the equipment during regular working hours. The cabinet must have easy-to-clean stainless-steel construction, removable/washable shelves and drip pans, and an optional air purge to dry hard-to-reach lumens.
• The contractor must provide a complete system, including all necessary components and accessories.
• The contractor must ensure that the system is properly installed and functioning as intended.
• The contractor must provide training to VA personnel on the operation and maintenance of the system.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the system and ensure that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA policies.
