Description
The Port Huron Area School District is seeking bids for the repair and resurfacing of the tennis courts at Port Huron Northern High School. The project includes cleaning the surface, filling cracks, applying a resurfacer, and striping the courts. The contractor must visit the site to become familiar with the project and must provide a bid bond and performance bond. The project is expected to start on June 6th and be completed by July 17th.
• The project includes the repair and resurfacing of 8 tennis courts
• The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for the project
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• The contractor must provide a sworn and notarized disclosure statement regarding familial relationships with the school district
• The contractor must provide a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act
