Contractor for Outdoor Sport Court Renewals at Robson Park

The City of Vancouver is seeking qualified contractors to repair and renew three outdoor sport (tennis) courts at Robson Park. The work includes demolition of existing asphalt, base preparation, installation of new granular base and two‑lift asphalt pavement, drainage improvements, replacement of net posts and nets, fencing, pressure‑washing, flood‑testing, repair of bird‑baths and cracks, and a multi‑coat acrylic resurfacing system. The contract will be awarded on a lump‑sum basis, with a two‑year warranty and a preferred execution window of May 1 – September 30 2026. The agreement term is one year with up to two one‑year extensions. • Full court renewal: demolition, base, asphalt, drainage, net/fencing replacement. • Multi‑coat acrylic/plexipave resurfacing and final colour finish. • Required certifications: insurance, WorkSafeBC registration, safety & hazard disclosures. • Pricing must be PST‑inclusive; GST shown separately; detailed lump‑sum, unit‑price, labour and equipment tables required.
