2025 ADA Sidewalk Project

The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking bids for the 2025 ADA Sidewalk Project, which involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for sidewalk improvements at the intersection of Croetto Way and Mills Park Drive. The project includes concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements, drainage improvements, thermoplastic markings, and other incidental work. The estimated construction cost is $580,000, and the contractor must have a valid California contractor's license with a classification of General Engineering Contractor, Class A or C-8 Concrete Contractor. • The project requires compliance with the "Build America, Buy America" requirements and the prevailing wage rates as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount and execute a Material and Labor Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each for not less than 100% of the contract price. • The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Federal minimum wage rates and State prevailing wage rates. • The contractor must comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity Program outlined in the Contract Documents.
