BID - New Mixed Use Building 126 Main Street

We are bidding on the New Mixed-Use Building, located at 126 Main Street, Greenwich, NY. This is a new mixed use construction of approximately 10,899 sf space including affordable housing units and commercial rental space. Project bids are due to the Owner 4/14/2026 at 2:00 PM. and we are requesting subcontractor and supplier proposals by 3:00 Pm on 4/13/26 1. Work is anticipated to start mid-June to early July 2026. With a 9 month duration 2. This is a project bid by invitation only. There are 2-3 GCs’ which include MR2 3. There are no prevailing wages. 4. There are no Section 3 Requirements 5. The work should be figured as a Tax Exempt as this is for a Not for profit Agency 6. There are WMBE SDVOB Goals as set forth below: 7.
