Description
The City of Cornelia is seeking bids for the construction of the Phase 2-Cornelia Amphitheater. The project includes furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to construct an approximately 5,620 SF outdoor amphitheater with approximately 2,240 SF of conditioned space and approximately 3,380 SF of covered stage area. The amphitheater is primarily one level and constructed out of CMU walls with brick veneer and steel roof frame. The project includes site work with minimal site grading. The time allotted for completion of work is 300 consecutive calendar days.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com.
• A bid bond or certified cashier’s check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid is required.
• Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, shall be required of the successful bidder if contract is awarded.
• All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
• The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
