Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services, Three Ports Texas

The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking information from industry partners to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of designated USG cargo at the ports of Beaumont, Corpus Christi, and Port Arthur, Texas. The contractor will be required to complete all tasks as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and will be compensated at the applicable commodity rate, per the designated Schedule of Rates (SOR). • The services will include management, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, materials, and other services necessary for S&RTS. • The contractor will be required to perform all requirements for this contract. • The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this effort is 488320, Marine Cargo Handling. • The Small Business Administration’s small business size standard for this NAICS is $47,000,000.00.
