Description
The City of Atlanta is seeking bids for the supply of OEM parts, related equipment, and associated services to maintain, repair, and replace centrifuges from Alfa Laval, Andritz, and Flottweg installed across City facilities. The selected vendor will be required to provide manufacturer-certified or authorized service/parts distributors, and all parts must be original or manufacturer-approved. Compliance with applicable OSHA/Georgia OSHA standards and other QA provisions is explicitly required. Key aspects of the bid include:
• Providing manufacturer-certified or authorized service/parts distributors
• Supplying original or manufacturer-approved parts
• Compliance with OSHA/Georgia OSHA standards and other QA provisions
• Providing certifications, quality assurance testing/inspections, warranties, and a minimum 12-month guarantee against defects
• Performing tests and inspections required by the specification
• Submitting a random sample for testing and inspection
