Request for Proposals - Direct Pay Letter of Credit (Personal Services)

The Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is seeking proposals from banks to provide direct pay letters of credit (LOCs) to support its commercial paper program (CP Program) for Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The LOCs will replace or renew up to $500 million existing LOCs currently provided for the CP Program. The proposal includes providing direct pay LOCs, which will be used to support the CP Program. The proposer will be responsible for providing the LOCs and ensuring that they meet the requirements of the CP Program. • The CP Program is used to finance various airport projects and operations. • The proposer must register in Bonfire (Euna) and log in to the portal to access the relevant documents. • The proposer is responsible for contacting Bonfire Support in case of any technical problems. • The proposal due date is April 10, 2026.
