Description
The City of Newnan is seeking bids for the construction of the Newnan LINC – Phase 13 project, which includes a 10' to 12' wide concrete trail, landscape, stormwater improvements, road width and parking reconfigurations, along with bridge structures and retaining walls. The project is approximately 6,054 linear feet (1.15 miles) and is located within public right-of-way and on city easements. The city anticipates issuing a Notice to Proceed around May 11, 2026, and construction activities adjacent to Newnan High School are expected to commence immediately following the conclusion of the school year. The successful bidder will be required to provide a lump sum bid and must have five years of verifiable experience in construction of similar projects.
