Description
The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission is seeking a qualified vendor to design, fabricate, and deliver a 22‑ft × 17‑ft × 100‑ft RGB illuminated arched tunnel for a drive‑through light display. The scope includes steel‑frame construction to DOT specifications, integration of 24 V Minleon RGB “Pebbles” LEDs, full system programming, shipping, and documentation such as manuals, insurance certificates, references, and warranties. The contractor must provide a minimum five‑year warranty and supply all required installation hardware.
• Fabricate ten steel arches (22 × 17 ft each) with LED lighting pre‑installed.
• Deliver a fully programmed, ready‑to‑install tunnel system to Columbia, SC.
• Include warranty, insurance, three references, product guide, and a photo of the proposed tunnel.
