Lift Station Improvements Phase III

This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to perform improvements and rehabilitation at six lift stations within the Charlotte water system. The work includes installing new control cabinets, submersible pressure transducers, wet‑well level floats, and a magnetic flow meter with a bypass on an existing force main, as well as related site preparation and testing. The project is funded for a total value between $1 million and $5 million and will be awarded on a “through project completion” basis. • Upgrade control cabinets to rack‑mounted units at grade level. • Install pressure transducers, wet‑well floats, and magnetic flow meters. • Provide required bonding (bid, payment, performance) and insurance coverage. • Target utilization of Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women‑Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontractors.
