Concrete Improvements - 200 Block Van Buren Street (CDBG)

The City of Pueblo is seeking bids for concrete improvements to the 200 Block of Van Buren Street. The project includes ADA curb ramp and sidewalk improvements. The contractor will be responsible for removing existing curb and gutter, asphalt roadway, and concrete, and constructing new 4" and 6" concrete, curb and gutter, and asphalt roadway patch. The contractor must also provide erosion and sediment control, traffic control, and mobilization. • The project is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. • The contractor must comply with all applicable standards, orders, and regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Water Act of 1970 and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. • The contractor must also comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis Bacon Act, and the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. • The contractor must provide a certified check, cashier's check, money order, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the grand total bid. • The contractor must submit a Section 3 Certification, Form S3a, with the bid submittal.
