26-20 North Bay Septic to Sewer Conversion Phase 1B

The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to construct Phase 1B North Bay Water Quality Improvement Program Septic-to-Sewer Conversion. The project consists of constructing approximately 10,350 LF of force main ranging in size from 4” to 10” in diameter and associated fittings, valves, air relief valves, and terminal and inline FM cleanouts along the west side of Resota Beach Road. Work also includes removal and replacement of asphalt, concrete, and gravel drives, removal and replacement of stormwater pipes with M.E.S., erosion control measures, sodding and seeding grassing, compaction, and pressure testing and appurtenances as shown in the attachment to provide central sewer service to the area. • The project is expected to be funded in part by a grant from the U.S. Department of Treasury, RESTORE. • A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 27, 2026, at 10:00 am (CST) at the Board of County Commissioners Purchasing Department Conference Room. • Bidders must submit all questions in writing to the Purchasing Department via email by February 9, 2026, at 5:00 pm (CST). • Vendors shall be Florida licensed General Contractor or Underground Utility Contractor, and sub-contractors shall be Florida Licensed contractors as required by applicable trades.
