Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Cypresswood & Pollard Road Water Production Facilities

The City of Winter Haven is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Cypresswood & Pollard Road Water Production Facilities. The selected CMAR will be responsible for managing the construction process, including pre-construction services, construction, and post-construction services. • The CMAR will work closely with the City's staff to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • The CMAR will be responsible for managing the construction team, including subcontractors and suppliers. • The CMAR will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. • The CMAR will work with the City to develop and manage the project schedule, budget, and scope of work. • The CMAR will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may arise during the project.
