Budget estimate

$80,000,000 – $120,000,000

The RFP cites a Planning Amount of $135 million, of which $98,477,732 is earmarked for the construction contract (Amount Available for Construction Contract). Assuming the CMAR contract will be close to this AACC, the likely award value would be in the high‑tens of millions. Accounting for potential change orders, contingencies, and fee structures, a reasonable estimate ranges from roughly $80 million at the low end to $120 million at the high end. Factors influencing the final budget include the final GMP, scope adjustments, and any additional fees for demolition or hazardous‑material remediation.
