Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $10,000,000

Based on typical municipal fire‑station projects of similar size (≈ 15,000‑20,000 sq ft) in the Dallas‑Fort Worth metro area, construction costs usually range from $300‑$500 per sq ft. Assuming a 15,000 sq ft facility, the total contract value would likely fall between $4.5 million and $7.5 million. Adding CMAR fee and contingency could push the upper bound toward $10 million. Hence a reasonable estimate is $5 million – $10 million. Factors influencing the final amount include site conditions, design complexity, material selections, and the negotiated GMP.
