The United States Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District is seeking interest in leasing a minimum of 77,000 contiguous rentable square feet of Class A/B office space within a 10‑mile radius of its current district office in Saint Louis, MO. The space must be fully serviced, capable of customization to meet government force‑protection and security requirements, and the lessor must agree to a 20‑year lease term (including a one‑year firm term plus 19 one‑year renewal options) under Title 10 USC 2661.
