Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, deliver, and install office furniture across all city departments on an annual basis. The contract includes supply of seating, desks, filing cabinets, systems furniture, and related accessories, as well as design services (space planning, reconfiguration, and furniture selection) and full installation labor. The award will be made on a fixed‑price, percentage‑discount basis against manufacturer list prices, with no separate freight or labor fees allowed. Bidders must maintain a showroom in Bexar County, have a Texas‑registered interior designer on staff, and submit only manufacturer catalog items.
• Supply and install a full range of office furniture (chairs, desks, cabinets, systems) city‑wide.
• Provide design and space‑planning services, including ADA‑compliant layouts.
• Meet strict Texas requirements: RID‑registered interior designer, Bexar County showroom, manufacturer‑only catalogs, and a single flat discount on list prices.
