Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure products/service manufactured by BROADAX SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, specifically the RMS238 - Rack Mount Computer (P/N: MA238-MS-6530). The required systems are currently fielded on fleet assets, and the introduction of any other manufacturer's hardware will not allow the operators or the fleet to utilize the key applications developed for the existing hardware. The required acquisition systems are exclusive to BROADAX SYSTEMS INCORPORATED.
• The contract will be for a firm fixed price.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller of BROADAX SYSTEMS INCORPORATED products.
• The contract includes the supply of RMS238 - Rack Mount Computer systems, with specific configuration and components.
• The contractor must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming the offeror is an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted.
• The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and the order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis.
• All costs associated with this requirement must be included in the quoted price, including shipping and freight to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, as well as any tariff or duty charges.
