47 Pipe - Helium and Liquid Nitrogen Vacuum Jacketed Piping for VF-12 Helium Refrigerator

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking a quotation for the provision of 47 Pipe - Helium and Liquid Nitrogen Vacuum Jacketed Piping for VF-12 Helium Refrigerator. The contractor shall complete the attached Compliance Matrix, affirming each requirement by marking with an “X” in the “Affirmation column”. Any exception must be noted and justified in the “Exception/Justification” column. The contractor shall provide a quote that includes the following: Net 30, FOB Destination, Cage Code, UEI #, ARO delivery time/Lead Time, and shipping information if applicable. The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer. • The contractor shall provide a completed Compliance Matrix with all requirements affirmed or justified. • The contractor shall provide a quote that includes all required information, such as Net 30, FOB Destination, Cage Code, UEI #, ARO delivery time/Lead Time, and shipping information if applicable. • The contractor shall ensure that all products provided meet the requirements listed in the solicitation. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection.
